  • Where is the DLSMHSI Memento Hub located? What are the store hours?

    The DLSMHSI Memento Hub is located on Room 118, Ground Floor, right wing of the Administration and Finance Center. It is open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, except on holidays.

  • What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

    We do not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise, except in cases of manufacturing defects. Items that are defective or damaged may be returned or replaced within five (5) working days from the date of purchase, provided the defect was not caused by improper use, abuse, or any other user-related issues.


    Please ensure that the official receipt is presented when returning defective items. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
